Winnipesaukee, Lake Winnisquam, Squam Lake, Little Squam Lake, Lake
Kanasatka, Lake Waukewan, Wicwas, Sargent Lake, Shellcamp Lake, Silver

They are a family owned and
managed company originally a part of Preferred Properties. In 1980
after 14 years of being under the Preferred Properties name, the
founders of Preferred Properties made the decision to establish
Preferred Vacation Rentals as a separate entity. The decision was
necessary as the vacation rental home division grew rapidly to become
the largest vacation home rental company in the central New
Hampshire/Lakes Region area of New Hampshire.
From what was an original
inventory of less than 30 vacation home properties, the company has
grown to feature over 300 vacation rentals properties available for rent
by the week, month or season in addition to over 2 dozen year around
rental homes.
Through the years the company expanded to
provide linen services, furniture rentals and other items that guests
traveling from far need not be troubled to bring with them. Preferred
Vacation Rentals has even gone so far as to provide officiates for
weddings and services necessary for large family gatherings.
In business since 1976, they
have listened and responded to guests and homeowners for over 25 years,
providing them with considerable advantages in the marketplace. They
have long been regarded as the local experts when it come to meeting the
vacation home rental needs of families seeking to vacation in the
